新发高血压与缺血性脑卒中

摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中后出现急性期血压升高与卒中预后存在关系,是卒中转归不良的危险因素。新发高血压导致不良卒中预后可能是多种因素作用的结果,既有自动调节机制因素,又与炎症反应有关。There is a relationship between elevated blood pressure which occurs in acute phase of ischemic stroke and prognosis.Elevated blood pressure in acute phase is a risk factor leading to poor outcome.A bad prognosis of stroke due new-onset hypertension maybe a result of multiple factors,not only with the autoregulatory mechanism,but also related to inflammatory response.
