摘 要:对山楂叶螨与二斑叶螨种群数量动态及内禀增长力进行了室内试验,结果表明,山楂叶螨单种种群在试验环境条件下具有更好的存活率、平均生育力、发育速率,二斑叶螨再此环境条件下,不能维持种群的延续;山楂叶螨混合种群的内禀增长力大于二斑叶螨,山楂叶螨在竞争中生殖繁衍取得优势,具有更强的竞争能力.Leslie种群增长矩阵模型预测结果表明,Leslie矩阵模型对山楂叶螨单种种群和混合种群的预测结果拟和优度均较高,可以短期内预测其种群数量,而Leslie种群增长矩阵模型仅对二斑叶螨混合种群的预测结果精度很高,可以用作短期预测.The population dynamics and intrinsic growth have been testd in laboratory for Tetranychus viennenis Zacher and Tetranychus urticae Koch.The results show that,the single group of Tetranychus viennenis Zacher has better survival rates,the average fertility and development Rate in the test conditions,however Tetranychus urticae Koch could not maintain the renewal of population;the intrinsic growth rate of mixed populations,the Tetranychus viennenis Zacher are greater than the Tetranychus urticae Koch,Tetranychus viennenis Zacher had proliferation of reproductive advantage in the competition,with more Competitiveness.Leslie matrix model of population growth forecast results show that,the single and mixed groups of the Tetranychus viennenis Zacher are predicted to be fit and higher using the Leslie matrix model,and could higher short-term forecast its population.Leslie matrix model of population growth is only higher accuracy for the mixed population of Tetranychus urticae Koch,and short-term forecast.
