长网纸机上网成形器的改进设计

摘　　要：为了挖掘现有设备的生产能力,本文以3150mm文化纸机为例,介绍在普通长网上加上一个由导入辊、导出辊、气动校正器、加压靴、上下脱水板箱、导出箱等组成的上网成形器。这种新型的网部成形装置的设计,不仅克服了普通长网机单面脱水的不足,还使车速得到提高,使网部的成形质量得到明显的改善。3150mm fine paper machine was taken as an example,a top wire former consisting of guided rolls,pneumatic calibrating devices,compress shoe,upper and lower drainage foil sets,etc.was designed on the basis of a fourdrinier paper machine in order to tap the productive capacity of existing equipment.The new type former not only overcomes the deficiency of single drainage in ordinary wire part,but also raises the operating speed and improves the formation remarkably.
