摘　　要：利用瘤胃尼龙袋法测定了木薯柠檬酸渣对山羊的营养价值,样品在瘤胃中分别培养0、2、6、12、24、36和48 h后干物质、中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白质的降解率来评定其对山羊的营养价值。结果表明,木薯柠檬酸渣的消化能为9.061 MJ/kg,干物质有效降解率为45.32%,中性洗涤纤维有效降解率为23.37%,粗蛋白质有效降解率为48.86%。Ruminal nylon bag method was used to determine the nutritive value of cassava citric acid residue for goats. The degradation rates of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber and crude protein when samples cultured in tureen for 0, 2, 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 h respectively to assess the nutritive value of cassava citric acid samples to goat. As seen from the results, the digestive energy of cassava citric acid residue was 9. 061 MJ/kg, the effective 23. 37% for neutral detergent fiber and that of crude protein was
