针药并用治疗甲亢突眼症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗甲亢性突眼症的临床疗效。方法将52例患者(计104只眼)随机分为针药组(27例,54只眼)和西药组(25例,50只眼),针药组采用针刺配合甲巯咪唑10 mg/d和优甲乐25μg/d,西药组仅予甲巯咪唑10 mg/d和优甲乐25μg/d。通过比较两组患者甲亢症的临床症状积分和眼病指数改善情况,观察针药并用治疗甲亢性突眼症的疗效。结果针药并用能更好地改善甲亢症中所存在的高代谢综合征、高循环症候群、神经肌肉、消化系统等方面的相关症状。针药组在轻度和中度突眼症眼病指数的改善上也优于西药组。结论针药并用可有效改善甲亢症的临床症状积分和眼病指数。Objective To investigate the Clinical Efficacy of Combined use of Acupuncture and drugs in treating Hyperthyroid Exophthalmos.Methods Fifty-two patients（104 eyes） were randomly allocated to an acupuncture-drug group of 27（54 eyes） cases and a western drug group of 25（50 eyes） cases.The acupuncture-drug group received acupuncture plus methimazole 10 mg/d and levothyroxine sodium 25 μg/d and the western drug group took methimazole 10 mg/d and levothyroxine sodium 25 μg/d only.The clinical therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and drugs on hyperthyroid exophthalmos was investigated by comparisons of clinical hyperthyroidism symptom scores and ophthalmopathy indices between the two groups of patients.Results The combined use of acupuncture and drugs improved high metabolic syndrome,high circulation syndrome,neuromuscular symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms of hyperthyroidism to a greater degree.For mild and moderate exophthalmos,ophthalmopathy index improved more in the acupuncture-drug group than in the western drug group.Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and drugs can effectively reduce the clinical symptom score and ophthalmopathy index in hyperthyroidism patients.
