针灸配合康复治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺加康复治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法将100例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组采用针灸加康复治疗,对照组采用常规针灸治疗,观察疗效与治愈时间。结果治疗组愈显率为96.0%,对照组为82.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈患者所需平均疗程为1.8个,对照组为2.1个,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸加康复治疗周围性面瘫疗效优于常规针灸治疗,且能缩短疗程。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods One hundred patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,50 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects and time to recover were evaluated.Results The cure and marked efficacy rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.On the average,1.8 courses of treatment were needed in cured patients of the treatment group and 2.1,in those of the control group;there was a statistically significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus rehabilitation is superior to conventional acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis.
