针刺加叩刺拔罐治疗臀上皮神经炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺加叩刺拔罐方法治疗臀上皮神经炎的疗效。方法将155例臀上皮神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用针刺加叩刺拔罐方法治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,且疗程更短。结论针刺加叩刺拔罐法治疗臀上皮神经炎疗效比单纯针刺好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus cutaneous needle tapping and cupping in treating inflammation of superior clunial nerves.Methods One hundred and fifty-five patients with inflammation of superior clunial nerves were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.The treatment group received acupuncture plus cutaneous needle tapping and cupping and the control group,acupuncture alone.The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was significantly higher and the course of treatment was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture plus cutaneous needle tapping and cupping is better than acupuncture alone in treating inflammation of superior clunial nerves.
