摘 要:根据已发表的鸡GHSR基因SNP位点,利用PCR-RFLP技术检测该基因C-1896A、C-1459T和A-1022C3个SNP位点在华南农业大学杏花鸡×隐性白洛克鸡全同胞F2代资源群体中的多态性,并构建单倍型,进行方差分析。结果表明,这3个SNP位点与其生长、屠体性状都不相关(P>0.05)。所构建的单倍型与单个SNP的分析结果一致,也与各生长、屠体性状都不相关(P>0.05)。表明这3个SNP不是鸡生长和屠体性状的重要分子标记。According to the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of Ghrelin receptor (GHSR) gene,the primers were designed for genotyping three SNP of GHSR gene (C-1896A,C-1459T and A-1022C).These polymorphisms of GHSR gene were genotyped by PCRRFLP in a F2 full sib chicken population to investigate their associations with production traits.The results showed that no significant association of these three SNP with any growth and carcass traits was found (P0.05).Association analysis of haplotypes indicated similar results with that of SNP.It was concluded that C-1896A,C-1459T and A-1022C of the GHSR gene were not important molecular markers for chicken growth and carcass traits.
