天达-2116拌种对冬小麦新麦18种子萌发和幼苗生长特性的影响

摘　　要：在室内条件下,以冬小麦品种新麦18为材料,以同量清水为对照,研究了天达-2116不同拌种浓度对小麦种子萌发、幼苗素质、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶(NR)活力的影响。结果表明,经天达-2116处理后,小麦种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均有所提高,幼苗素质得到提高,叶绿素含量增加,NR含量始终高于对照,其中均以天达-211670倍拌种的效果较好。In the experiment,with wheat variety Xinmai18 as the material and culturing with pure water as CK,the effects of different seed dressing content of Tianda-2116 on seed germination,seedling quality,chlorophyll content,NR content in wheat were studied.The results showed that Tianda-2116 could promote seed germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index;better seedling quality;increase chlorophyll content;NR content more than that of control.All in all,treatment C became best.
