副猪嗜血杆菌上海株的分离鉴定及耐药特性的研究

摘　　要：从送检的病猪内脏中分离到4株副猪嗜血杆菌疑似菌株,经过培养菌落及镜检形态观察、V因子依耐性试验及卫星生长现象、溶血性检查、生化特性以及特异的PCR检测,对其做了准确的鉴定,均为副猪嗜血杆菌。将4株分离株PCR扩增产物进行测序分析并与GenBank中报道的部分副猪嗜血杆菌的同源性达到97.3%-100%。药敏试验结果表明分离菌株已对新生霉素、阿米卡星、林可霉素、红霉素和庆大霉素等抗生素产生了较强的耐药性,仅阿奇霉素、头孢拉定、菌必治、先锋必、氧氟沙星和呋喃妥因等药物抑菌效果较好。4 strains of Haemophilus parasuis （HPS） were isolated and obtained from Shanghai.Through the bacterial colony and bacteria morphological observation,V factor test and satellite growth phenomenon,biochemistry reaction and specific PCR detection,the bacteria was identified as HPS.Then the sequences of PCR peoducts were blasted online showing that the homology with some reported strains was high to 96.5%~100%.Drug sensitivity test results showed that these HPS were strong resistance to novobiocin,amikacin,lincomycin,erythromycin and gentamicin,and were only sensitive to azithromycin,cefradine,ceftriaxone,cefoperazone,ofloxacin and nitrofurantoin.
