省级经济开发区土地利用集约度评价——以广州市花都区为例

摘　　要：科学确定开发区土地集约利用水平对于区域可持续发展有着重要意义。应用专家咨询法计算评价指标的权重值,综合采用发展趋势估计法、专家咨询法和目标逼近法确定指标理想值,然后结合各指标的实际值计算指标的标准化值,最后采用指数加权求和法计算得广州市花都区经济开发区利用集约度分值为76.66%。结果表明,开发区土地利用集约度较高,扩区需求较强烈。Land intensive utility is significanty important to the sustainable development of land utility.In this paper we used Delphi method to calculate weight values of evaluation index.By using combined methods of trend estimation,Delphi method and target approximation method,the ideal values of evaluation index were calculated.The standardized value of the overall index was determined using the original value of each index,and finally the score of land utility intensive degree of Huadu district in Guangzhou city was obtained as 76.66% by adopting index weighted summation method.The results showed the land utility intensive level of Huadu district was high,and the requirement of expanding zone was strong.
