肾上腺切除肾阳虚大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型的建立

摘　　要：目的观察肾上腺切除导致下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能缺陷对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的影响。方法大鼠单、双侧肾上腺切除后,用完全弗氏佐剂诱导大鼠产生佐剂性关节炎,观察大鼠足趾肿胀度和血清中皮质醇水平的变化。结果大鼠双侧肾上腺切除后,血清中皮质醇水平明显降低(P﹤0.01),且双侧切除组大鼠足趾肿胀度比假手术和单侧切除组大鼠明显升高(P﹤0.01)。结论双侧肾上腺切除的肾阳虚大鼠模型与佐剂性关节炎病证结合后,能促进佐剂性关节炎的发病程度。Objective To observe the effect on function defect of hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenal（HPA） gland axis induced by adrenalectomy on the adjuvant-induced arthritis（AIA） in rats.Methods The AIA was induced by complete Freund＇s adjuvant（CFA） after half and bilateral adrenal gland was performed in rats.The change of the toes swelling degree and the cortisol level in serum of rats was observed.Results After bilateral adrenal gland was performed,the cortisol level in serum was obviously decreased（P 〈0.01）,and the toes swelling degree of bilateral adrenalectomy group were obviously higher than that of sham-operation group and half adrenalectomy group（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion It can promote the pathogenesis of AIA that the deficiency of kidney-yang by bilateral adrenalectomy combined with AIA.
