基于变异系数法的灰色关联决策模型在节水工程方案优选中的应用

摘　　要：针对节水工程方案多属性,多指标的特点,采用变异系数赋权法结合灰色关联理论,通过计算评价方案与理想方案间的优属度,建立了节水工程方案优选模型。应用该模型对某节水工程方案进行优选,结果表明,该模型计算简便,结果客观可靠,为节水工程方案优选提供了科学依据。Aiming at features that the water - saving project schemes with multi - attributes and multi - indexes, the article adopted the method of the variation coefficient to making rights with the theroy of gray correlation, a scheme optimization model for water - saving project was established by the membership degree between the evaluation scheme and the ideal one. This model was applied to the optimization of the water - saving project schemes for certain water - saving project scheme. The results have shown that this model is simple calculation, objective results, and can be regard as the scientific basis for optimization of water - saving project schemes.
