摘 要:对某地铁车辆转向架的构架进行了在线动应力试验,通过试验得到了实测的应力—时间历程,根据疲劳危险点的选取原则选出几个疲劳危险测点对其进行评估,然后运用雨流法对疲劳危险测点的应力—时间历程进行循环计数后编制出二维应力谱,最后结合存活率为95%的16Mn钢试样疲劳P-S-N曲线,应用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论对该地铁转向架构架进行了疲劳寿命的预测。The stress-time history of a metro vehicle bogie frame is acquired based on the dynamic stress test on line.According to the selection principle of the danger points,a few of test points are selected to be evaluated.Then the two dimension stress spectrum is constructed by counting the cycles of the stress-time history by using the rain-flow method.And the damage accumulation of the bogie frame is calculated according to Miner's linear cumulative damage law and the 95%survival probability of the 16Mn steel P-S-N curve. At last,the fatigue life of the bogie frame is predicted.
