摘　　要：军政委员会在中国现代政治舞台上走过了从中国共产党在人民军队设立的集体领导机构到地方政权组织的历史轨迹。作为党在军队设立的领导机构,它推动了人民军队的建设和发展;作为地方政权组织,它在建立和巩固新生的人民政权、进行各项民主改革、恢复发展国民经济以及建构社会秩序等方面发挥了重要的作用。它是党在地方政权建构中进行制度和体制创新的智慧结晶,在我国国家政权建设史上占有一席之地。In modern Chinese political stage Military and Political Committee tracked the history of the People＇s Army in the collective leadership body established by the Chinese Communist Party to local government organizations.As the former,which promoted the people＇s army building and development;as the latter,it＇s people to establish and consolidate the new regime to undertake democratic reforms,to revive the national economy and the construction of social order,has played an important role.It is the construction of the Chinese Communist Party carried out at the local government system and the institutional innovations of wisdom,in the new political power in the history of Chinese place.
