摘　　要：针对我国的科教概况和制约创新人才出现的因素,借鉴国外关于创新教育模式的研究成果,提出利用网络环境培养创新人才的"三结合"教学新模式,即建立各种资源库;建立"以问题为出发点,以自主探究为核心,以案例分析为手段"的三结合教学方法;帮助学生建立"十求"学习法。Based on China＇s science and education profile and the factors of constraining innovative talents,and with reference to foreign research results on models of innovative education,a new teaching model of cultivating creative talents is put forward,which is named＂three combinations＂by using network environments.They are as follows：establishing various resources databank,establishing teaching methods of three combinations which start from questions,and base themselves on inquisitive research and case analysis,helping students set up new learning methods known an＂Ten seekings＂.
