摘 要:为解决传统炸毁法销毁危险弹药危险性高、可靠性低的问题,引进脉冲激光起爆技术,设计了新型激光起爆系统。利用激光引爆方式,使聚能装药起爆器爆炸产生的金属射流穿透待处理弹丸并引爆弹丸装药从而实现危险弹药销毁。对5种不同壁厚和装药的典型弹丸进行了引爆试验,结果试验弹丸100%可靠引爆。试验表明激光起爆系统使用过程安全性和可靠性高,操作方便,是一种良好的危险弹药销毁方法,具有很大的推广应用前景。In order to solve the problems of high fatalness and low reliability of conventional explosion method for dangerous ammunition disposal, a new laser igniting system was developed. Working principle of this system is that pulse laser ignites shaped charge igniter, then metal fluid jet produced by the igniter penetrates projectile shell and ignites explosive, whieh can realize the aim of dangerous ammunition disposal. Test has been done for 5 kinds of projectile whose shell and explosive are different. All of the projectiles were reliably ignited. This test indicates that the laser igniting system has high security and reliability, which is a preferable method for dangerous ammunition disposal.
