摘 要:目的:为了探讨感染性腹泻的流行规律,搞好防治工作。方法:肠道病原菌常规分离鉴定方法。结果:从7940例急性腹泻患者粪便中共分离出致泻病原菌3741株,总检出率为47.1%,其中志贺菌属2947株,总检出率为37.1%;沙门菌属检出299株,检出率为3.8%;弧菌属275株,检出率为3.5%;气单胞菌属89株,检出率为1.1%;类志贺邻单胞菌属102株,检出率为1.3%;侵袭性大肠杆菌29株,检出率为0.4%。结论:志贺氏菌属为北京地区主要腹泻病原菌,占总菌株的78.8%,其中B群为主要流行菌群,2a又是当前流行的绝对优势菌株。Objectives: The report explored the epidemic rules of infectious diarrhea so that we can avoid and treat the disease more effectively. Methods: Routine isolated culture for enteric pathogenic bacteria. Results: It showed that 3 741 diarrheal pathogen strains were identified from 7 940 patients with acute diarrhea, the detectable rates were as follows: Shigella 37.1%(2 947/7 940), Salmonella 3.8%(299/7 940),Vibrio 3.5%(275/7 940),Aeromonas 1.1%(89/7 940), P. Shigelloides 1.3%(102/7 940),and enteroinvasive E. Coli 0.4%(29/7 940). Sh. flexneri was the main pathogen among the 2 947 strains. Conclusions: Shigella were the main diarrhea pathogenic bacteria(2 947/3 741,78.8%)and 2a groups of Sh. flexneri were the predominant strains in epidemic pathogens in Beijing.
