摘　　要：齿轮渐开线样板和螺旋线样板是齿轮参数的标准计量器具,分别用于齿轮仪器渐开线、螺旋线参数的校准。由于设计参数的不同,当样板用于齿轮测量中心等齿轮仪器的校准时,常需要进行参数换算。通过设计用于齿轮样板检测中心等齿轮仪器校准的渐开线样板、螺旋线样板的参数,较好地解决了这一问题。本文详细介绍了用于齿轮仪器校准的齿轮样板模数、压力角、螺旋角等参数计算方法。The gear involute master and helix master are measurement standards and usually used to calibrate the involute and helix parame-ters of gear equipments.When the master is used to calibrate gear measurement equipments,such as the gear measurement center,parameters need to be converted frequently because of the different designed parameters.The gear master testing center provides the parameters so that the involute master and helix master can be used to calibrate gear instruments directly.The way of calculating the parameters of modulus,pressure angle and helix angle of the gear masters that are used to calibrate gear instruments is in detail in this paper.
