摘　　要：Web Services以其协议的通用性、完全的平台和语言独立性、高度松耦合性,逐步成为应用集成的重要方向。根据林科院科研档案数据分布式存储的特点,采用Web Services技术,提出了分布式林业科研档案数据管理系统的设计与实施,并在Windows.NET框架下实现了该系统的安全性、维护性和可扩展性。Web Services is definitive agreement and complete platform and language independence and a high degree of loosely coupled,and gradually become an important direction of application integration.According to characteristics of forestry research archives data distributed storage,through exploring the Web Services technology,a distributed data management system of forestry research archives was designed and the system＇s security,maintainability and scalability based on Microsoft.NET were realized.
