摘　　要：高职院校图书馆要发挥好文献信息中心的作用和价值,读者培训工作是首要和关键因素。从高职院校图书馆开展读者培训工作的必要性和重要性出发,分析总结了现有高职院校图书馆中读者培训工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了在高职院校图书馆开展读者培训工作的有效途径。Readers training is the first and key factor for vocational college library to play a good role and value as a documentation and information center.In the paper,from the necessity and importance of carrying out the work of the readers training in vocational college library,the status and problems in readers training of current vocational college library were analyzed and summarized and an effective way for readers training in the vocational college library was proposed.
