摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省高职高专院校图书馆网站访问调查及现状的分析,指出了影响图书馆网站建设的因素,提出了对高职高专院校图书馆网站建设的建议,以促进该省高职高专院校图书馆网站建设的整体发展。In this paper,by the investigation on the current situation of libraries construction in Vocational and Specialized Colleges,the influencing factors on the website construction were analyzed and some suggestions on how to construct it better were put forward for promoting overall development of libraries website contraction in Heilongjiang vocational and specialized colleges.
