摘　　要：可持续发展核心是"确保无论是现在还是后代的每个人有较好的生活质量",然而,在城市可持续发展评价与监测中,一方面,由于过分强调评价的"可操作性";另一方面,由于评价方法的局限性,往往所包含信息均是能够获取定量数据的客观性指标,而忽略使人们能够享受更好生活质量的一些主观性指标。基于物元可拓评价分析方法,给出一种属性值以模糊语言形式给出的多属性综合评价方法。该方法不仅能够实现对给定方案的排序与择优、说明各方案隶属于某一属性的程度,而且也为定性数据与定量数据结合起来进行计算提供一种有效工具。结合马斯洛(Abraham H.M aslow)人类需求理论,建立生活质量评价指标体系,并运用上述方法测算城市可持续发展中生活质量指数。The core of sustainable development is that ＂it＇s guaranteed that the people in present age and descendants all have good life quality＂. However, in the process of assessment and monitoring of urban sustainable development, on the one hand, because of ＂the feasibility＂ of assessment having been overemphasized; on the other hand, as a result of the limitation of assessment method, the information which is contained is usually objectivity indicators in which the quantitative data can be obtained easily, but some subjectivity indicators that measure the good life quality are neglected. A multi-attribute synthesis assessment method,in which the attribute values were given in the forms of fuzzy linguistic assessments, is studied based on the method of matter elements extension assessment and analysis. The studied method is used for ranking and choice of alternatives and the level that the assessed alternatives are subordinate to some attribute is given. At the same time ,it provides a kind of ef- fective tool for unifying the qualitative data and the quantitative data to carry on the computation. This article establishes the assessment indicator system on the life quality,unifying the human demand theory of Abraham H. Maslow,and measures the index of life quality in the urban sustainable development using the above studied method.
