摘　　要：分析了高速公路外场和中心通信协议现状及存在问题,介绍了美国国家通信协议主要内容,并对协议的体系结构进行了分析,对NTCIP统一标准应用于我国高速公路外场和中心的通信协议可能性进行了初探。This paper analyzes the existing problem and status in expressway field and control center communication protocol,and introduces the main contents and system structure of US national communications protoco.At the same time,it also discussed the possibilities of NTCIP unified standards applied in China highway field and center communication.
