摘　　要：阐述了马克思劳动力价值理论的主要内容,对农民工劳动力价值进行了理论分析,从农民工劳动力价值、农民工的需求两方面探讨了农民工工资低的原因,提出了提高农民工工资的相应对策,主要有提高农业从业人员劳动力价值、构建农民工组织、提高农民工素质等方法。The article expounds the main content of Marxist theory of labour force value, theoretically analyzes the labor force value of peasant workers from the labor force value of peasant workers and the supply of peasant workers,discusses the reasons why wages are low,and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures of increasing peasant workers＇ wages, including improving the labor force value of agrieutural workers, structuring peasant workers＇ organization, improving the quality of peasant workers, etc.
