摘 要:通过在纸料中添加填料和无机矿物纤维,考察了矿物复合纤维和硫酸钙晶须等无机矿物纤维分别与滑石粉和研磨碳酸钙(GCC)等传统填料复配对成纸性能产生的影响。结果表明,矿物复合纤维与传统填料复配后,手抄片的灰分、光学性质和物理强度明显得到改善。硫酸钙晶须与传统填料复配后,虽然手抄片物理强度得到明显改善,但其留着率较低。In order to improve the performance of paper,the effects of inorganic mineral fiber(IMF) such as mineral composite fiber(MCF) and calcium sulfate whiskers compounded with traditional filler such as ground calcium carbonate(GCC) and saponite on the paper properties were examined.The results showed that when MCF was compounded with traditional filler,the ash content,optical properties and physical properties such as the tear index,tensile index and bursting index of hand were improved.When calcium sulfate whiskers were compounded with GCC or talc,the physical properties of hand sheet could be obviously increased,but its retention rate was slow.
