摘　　要：小肠黏膜下层是一种天然的细胞外基质,具有良好的抗微生物活性、组织相容性和足够的机械力学强度等生物学特性。因其没有抗原性和免疫原性,所以不发生免疫排斥反应,在体内能引导和支持宿主细胞生长,促进部位特异性的组织再生,并能完全降解。故小肠黏膜下层可作为支架材料,在组织工程修复以及临床领域等方面已得到了广泛的应用,医学前景也十分可观。Small intestinal submucosa is a kind of native extracellular matrix,which has many good biologic characteristics like antimicrobial activity,histocompatibility and enough intensity of mechanics.As it has no antigenicity or immunogenicity,there is no immunological rejection.It can conduct and support the growth of host cells in vivo,promote regeneration in specific tissue and degrade completely.So SIS can be used as scaffold materials and has already been widely used in tissue engineering and clinical applications.The medical prospect of SIS is very considerable.
