摘　　要：目的:评价CT引导下经皮穿刺介入治疗脊柱结核的临床效果。方法:2008年3月～2010年1月,在全身应用抗结核药物及支具外固定的基础上,通过CT引导对所收治的31例脊柱结核患者,经皮穿刺置管灌注引流和持续局部抗结核药物冲洗病灶。结果:所有病例均未发生手术并发症,经过20～72d的置管持续灌注引流及局部灌注抗结核药物治疗,随访5～28个月,定期X线与CT检查显示,全部患者的病灶均愈合,病变无复发。结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺置管化疗技术,是一种操作简便、安全有效的微创治疗脊柱结核的方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous treatment of spinal tuberculosis under CT guidance.Methods：31 patients with spinal tuberculosis were treated with percutaneous intubation,irrigation and continuous focal anti-tuberculosis perfusion under CT guidance between March 2008 and January 2009.All patients wore a brace and were given chemotherapy.Results：No complication was detected.All patients were cured of tuberculosis lesions in spine or on other region.There was no recurrence after 5 months to 28 months follow-up.Conclusion：Percutaneous intubation and irrigation under CT guidance is an easy,safe,efficient and less invasive method for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.
