黄芪注射液治疗肾功能不全氮质血症期的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:了解黄芪注射液对慢性肾功能不全的治疗作用。方法:选择慢性肾功能不全(氮质血症期)的患者120例,治疗疗程3～5周,观察24h尿蛋白排泄率和血清肌酐(Scr)值。结果:36例显效,60例有效,治疗总有效率为80%。结论:黄芪注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效好,值得进一步研究。Objective：To study the effect of astragalus injection in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods：Slected 120 patients with chronic renal insufficiency（azotemia） for 3-5 weeks of treatment,observed the 24-hour urine protein ex cretion rate and Scr values.Results：36 cases were markedly effective,60 cases were effective,total effective rate was 80%.Conclusion：Astragalus injection therapy is effective in chronic renal failure,is worthy of further study.
