摘　　要：以间甲酚及异丁烯为主要原料,通过烷基化制备5-甲基-2-叔丁基苯酚,再与二氯化硫缩合获得4,4′-硫代双(5-甲基-2-叔丁基苯酚),最终采用氧气进行氧化偶联,合成了4,4′-硫代双(5-甲基-2-叔丁基苯酚)低聚物抗氧剂。通过核磁共振谱(^(13)C-NMR)、场解析质谱(FD/MS)和元素分析进行表征,确认此低聚物结构。A new antioxidant, the oligomers of 4, 4-thiobis (5-methyl-2-tert-butyl phenol)(A), is synthesized in yield almost 100% by contacting 4, 4'-thiobis(5-methyl-2-tert-butyl phenol) (B) with oxygen.A synthesizing process of B is also developed by condensation of 5-methyl-2-tert-butylphenol( C) with sulfur dichloride.C is prepared by alkylation of m-cresol with isobutene.
