摘　　要：应用正交设计方法,研究了烤烟主要栽培因子—有机肥比例、种植密度、留叶数等与烟叶品质的关系,建立了烤烟在豫中地区土壤中等肥力条件下的高产优质栽培方案,即有机肥比例25%,种植密度16 500株/hm2,留叶数为22片/株。The relationship between tobacco quality and main factors of tobacco cultivation（proportion of organic fertilizer,planting density and remained leaves,etc.） were researched by orthogonal experiment,and the cultivation scheme of high-yield and quality for tobacco that plant on the middle fertility soil in Central Henan Province was constructed,which proportion of organic fertilizer was 25%,planting density was 16 500 shoots/hm^2 and remained leaves was 22 pieces/plant.
