摘  要:用在位X-射线衍射研究了PAN纤维的低温热氧化过程。发现该类纤维在热解初期(100)峰的衍射强度逐渐增加,当达到晶体转变温度约210℃便迅速地下降。同时,还观察到了代表梯形聚合物形成的(101)峰,其衍射强度随温度升高而加强。并且,对所获得的结构参数与热解温度和预定温度下恒温时间的依赖关系给予了讨论。另外,还对两种试样在动态条件下所测得的结构参数进行了比较和分析。The low\|temperature thermo\|oxidative process of PAN fiber was studied by in\|situ X\|ray diffraction. It was found that the diffraction intensity increased gradually at the peak(100) in the early pyrolytic stage and decreased rapidly after the crystal transition temperature reached about 210. Meanwhile, the peak(101) at which the ladder polymer was formed showed that the diffraction intensity became stronger as the temperature rised. Moreover, the relationship among the structural parameter, pyrolysis temperature and thermostat time at given temperature was discussed. The obtained structural parameters of two samples at the dynamic condition were compared and analyzed.
