摘　　要：介绍了一个注塑模冷却分析软件系统。该系统将图论思想列入冷却介质的流动分析，利用边界元法求解模具三维温度场，实现了冷却管网的自动分析和模具型腔温度场的准确高效预测。A software for cooling analysis in injection molding is introduced.It can analyse the flow of coolant by graphic theory method and simulate temperture profile of the mold by boundary element method(BEM).It can automatically analyse the pipenet of the cooling system and predict the temperture field of the mold accurately and effectively.
