摘 要:为全面了解教学医院医护人员的医德状况,我们通过对贵州某医院医护人员医德自我评价和患者对医护人员医德评价的调查,结果发现医护人员对于服务态度、对患者需求的反应程度、尊重患者的知情同意以及医患沟通方面,满意程度高于患者的满意程度;患者的信任方面以及手术费用方面,患者的满意度高于医护人员;两者对于大型检查及药费满意度没有显著性差异。通过分析我们认为产生差异的主要原因是患者对于医疗服务要求的不断提高,医护人员价值观发生变化,国内不合理的医疗体制,国内医疗相关法规不健全以及医德医风建设淡化,最后,根据问题产生的原因提出了建议。To all around understanding medical staff's medical professional ethics,medical staff's self evaluation and patient's evaluation were investigated. In aspects of attitude,demands responses,informed consent and hospital patient communication,medical staff's satisfaction is higher than patient's. In aspects of patient's trust and surgery expense,patient is more satisfied than medical staff. There was no significant gap in aspects of test and drug use. The causes were discussed. Firstly,patient's demands was continuously improves. Secondly,medical staff's values was changed. Thirdly,the irrational medical system,unperfected medical law system and poor medical professional ethics construction were also the cause. Finally,suggestions were presented.
