土层对油垢厚度测量影响的实验与模拟探讨

摘  要:本文利用γ射线散射法研究了土层厚度对测量原油管道内油垢厚度的影响.实验装置由60Coγ射线的准直束、NaI(Tl)探测器和BH1324多道谱仪组成.同时结合蒙特卡洛(MCNP)程序模拟与之对比.发现放射源与探测器的合理布局以及适当的探测距离对提高线性度有很大关系.本实验测得γ射线束距离探测器中心14.5cm,准直器出口到铁板5cm时有最佳线性相关系数平方值0.999,最佳测量精度0.169mm.In this article γ-ray scattering method was used to detect soil layer's influence on measurement of grease stain thickness in oil pipeline. The experimental device consists of the collimating beam of 60Coγ- rays, the Na I(Tl) detector, and the BH1324 multi-channel spectrometer.Comparison with MCNP method, the result indicates that the big relation for increaseing linear degree is related by the reasonable distribution between radiator and detector,and the reasonable geometrical distance.When the distance between γ-rays and detector is 14.5cm,collimation away irron 5cm,the best value of the experimental measuring square coefficient of the linear correlation is 0.999 and the value of the measuring accuracy is 0.169mm.
