摘　　要：发现人才、选拔和用好人才是检验领导者称职与否的重要标志。一个优秀的领导者要有爱才之心,要有识才慧眼,要有用人所长之明,要有容才之量和护才之胆。The ability to recognize,select and make good use of talents is also an important index for testing the competence of a leader. A good leader should keep in mind the idea of cherishing talents,be able to distinguish talents,and have the wisdom,tolerance and courage for making good use of and protecting talents.
