摘　　要：本文根据两段式固定床低热值煤气炉所使用的典型煤种及其产气成分，阐述了净化系统的设备以及各设备的物料和热量的平衡计算；同时介绍了各设备的结构。The paper expounds a process,which produces low heat value gas with Two-stage Fixed Bed Gasifier.The structure of equipment in clarification system of gas is reported and it is calculated the balance of heat and material balance of them using typical coal,And it is given the component of gas,which is produced by the process.
