摘 要:针对多指标评价中属性值为不确定性区间数的问题,将可能度和信息公理相结合,提出了基于可能度和信息公理的方案优选方法。针对评价指标的不同类型,确定区间数上边界中的最大值和下边界中的最小值;然后确定各指标的系统范围和公共范围,计算每个区间数的成功概率,并计算每个方案各相应指标的信息量和各方案的总信息量;最后根据信息公理对各方案进行排序。在评价过程中决策者无需对指标进行规范化,为实现多属性决策,修正了信息量计算公式。以链条输送机为例验证了该方法的有效性。For multi-attributes decision making problems with uncertain interval number,a new evaluation method for scheme selection based on possibility degree and information axiom was proposed. Firstly,for different type of the evaluation index,the maximum of the upper bound and the minimum of the lower bound of interval numbers were determined. Then the probability of success satisfying the functional requirement was calculated by identifying the system range and common range of each index,and the information content for each interval number and each scheme were also computed. Finally,the alternatives were ranking according with each alternative's total information content,so the optimal scheme could be selected. For decision-maker,it is not necessary to normalize evaluation index. In the end,the scheme evaluation of plain chain conveyor was taken for an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
