摘 要:目的:了解周口市某医院医务人员职业紧张现况及影响因素。方法:采用付出-回报失衡(ERI)问卷,于2009年6月至7月,对来自周口市中心医院的医务工作者共542人进行职业紧张状况调查。结果:在542例调查对象中,有110例(20.3%)为高付出低获得者。调查对象付出、获得和超负荷3个领域的得分分别为(15.9±6.9)、(45.5±9.5)和(16.7±2.5)。多元方差分析显示:文化程度(F=3.340,P<0.001)和职称(F=2.453,P=0.004)对ERI量表得分的影响有统计学意义;性别(F=1.996,P=0.114)、婚姻状况(F=1.593,P=0.190)和职业(F=0.881,P=0.542)对ERI量表得分的影响无统计学意义。结论:医院应加强对高学历人员和高职称人员的回报,减轻他们的工作负荷。Aim:To learn the occupational stress status and its influencing factors among the medical staff in a hospital of Zhoukou city.Methods:Effort-reward imbalance(ERI) questionnaire was used to measure 542 medical staffs in the central hospital of Zhoukou city during June and July,2009.Results:Among 542 medical staffs,110(20.3%) were overcommitment.The scores in the latitude of effort,reward,and over-commitment were(15.9 ± 6.9),(45.5 ± 9.5),and(16.7 ±2.5),respectively.Multivariate analysis of variance showed educational level(F =3.340,P 0.001) and technical position(F = 2.453,P = 0.004) had significant influence on ERI score.Gender(F = 1.996,P = 0.114),marital status(F =1.593,P =0.190),and occupation(F =0.881,P =0.542) had no significant influence on ERI score.Conclusion:The hospital should strengthen the reward to the medical staff with higher educational level or higher technical position,and relieve their work burden.
