郑州市某社区2005年至2008年7岁以下儿童保健与健康状况

摘　　要：目的:分析郑州市某社区儿童保健与健康状况。方法:普查2005年至2008年郑州市某社区7岁以下儿童保健工作情况及5岁以下儿童死亡报告卡;从儿童保健状况、儿童健康状况、儿童主要死因和死亡儿童医疗保健服务4个方面分析2005年至2008年郑州市某社区7岁以下儿童保健与健康状况。结果:2005年至2008年郑州市某社区的3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率和新生儿访视率均呈逐年上升趋势,2008年比2005年分别上升了2.93%、1.87%和1.82%。5岁以下儿童死亡率1.155%,其中新生儿死亡率为0.433%,婴儿死亡率为0.578%。5岁以下儿童死亡率呈逐年下降趋势。5岁以下儿童死亡主要死因顺位依次为早产低出生体质量、先天异常、肺炎和出生窒息。死前经住院治疗的为93.75%。结论:儿童健康状况与儿童保健率的高低有密切关系。Aim：To analyze the status of under 7 years old children health care and health in a community of Zhengzhou city.Methods：The status of under 7 years old children health care and under 5 years old children health during 2005 to 2008 were analyzed according to the data of a community of Zhengzhou city by general investigation.Results：There were increases with years in the systemic manage rate of the children under 3 years old,the care manage rate of the children under 7 years old and the newborn visit rate.The fatality rate of the children under 5 years old was 1.155%,that of the neonates was 0.433%,and that of the infants was 0.578%.There was downtrend in the fatality rate of the children under 5 years old.The first four causes of death for children under 5 years old were premature infant or infant with low birth weight,congenital abnormity,pneumonia,and birth asphyxia.Conclusion：There is relationship between status of children health and children health care.
