摘　　要：目的:了解卫九项目省区政府各部门艾滋病防治分管领导的艾滋病预防知识和态度等情况,评价卫九项目实施效果。方法:采用整群抽样的方法在4个项目省区选择项目县和非项目县,对艾滋病防治分管领导进行问卷调查。结果:共调查了601人,收集到有效问卷590份,应答率为98.2%。政府各部门分管领导艾滋病基本知识的总体知晓率为88.89%,项目县和非项目县分别为90.18%,86.74%(P>0.05)。对艾滋病感染者态度的三个问题的回答,项目县和非项目县均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。政府各部门负责人参与艾滋病防治工作项目县和非项目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卫九项目对艾滋病的防治起到了一定的促进作用,为艾滋病防治工作的开展提供了平台,但对政府各部门分管领导艾滋病基本知识提高的促进作用不大。Objective：To study the related governmental leaders＇ KAP of HIV/AIDS in subproject of World Bank Health Ⅸ and evaluate the effect of project implementation. Methods ： Project counties and non - project counties were chosen from four provinces of Health Ⅸ project by cluster sampling, and their related leaders were surveyed with questionnaires. Results ：590 cases of available questionnaires were obtained from 601 cases, which meant the response rate was 98.2%. The related leaders＇ awareness rate of HIV/AIDS was 88.89% in general, but it was 90.18% in the project areas and 86.74% in non - project areas respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. As for the answer on three questions about attitude at HIV infecting persons, there had no significant differences between project counties and non - project counties （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but significant differences were observed between leaders of these two kinds of areas. Conclusion：The Health Ⅸ project provided a platform and promoted AIDS prevention and control. But it only played limited role in promoting the leaders＇ knowledge of HIV/AIDS.
