摘  要:用高频感应提拉法生长了掺Yb3+氟磷酸钙(Yb∶FAP)晶体,获得了理想的生长工艺参数.为消除晶体中通常存在的宏观缺陷,研究了晶体的退火条件.生长的晶体毛坯尺寸为22mm×45mm.对晶体进行了初步的位错观察,并估算了晶体的位错密度.Yb_doped calcium fluorapatite single crystals were successfully grown by the Czochralski method. Optimal growth parameters were found, and post annealing condition was studied as well. The crystal boule which is 22 mm in diameter and 45 mm in length was presented. The dislocations were preliminarily observed by chemical etching and optical microscope. On (0001), the dislocation pattern is hexagonal with six sides of the hexagon on {101 0}plane, and on (101 0), the dislocation pits are triangular in shape, with etch_pit rows aligned along the direction. The dislocation density was estimated.
