摘  要:介绍了醋酸铬交联剂的合成方法,论述了铬冻胶的形成机理和反应条件,当pH为8-9时,聚丙烯酰胺独冻胶的性能最好,其粘度为50-60mpa.s。交联剂醋酸铬用量的体积分数国0.75%~0.87%时,在65℃保温12h铬冻胶的脱水率≤8%。聚丙烯酰胺质量分数≥1×10^-3时,成胶性能比较稳定,此外,热稳定剂如甲醛,乙二胺,正丁醇等对铬冻胶的性能有着重要影响。The synthetic method of the chromium acetate crosslinker is introduced. The formation mechanism and reaction condition of chromium - PAM gelling system is demonstrated. When the pH is in tbe rang of 8 ~ 9,the cbaracteristics of the PAM gelling system is the best, It's viscosity is about 50 ~ 60mpa's. When the amount of cross - linker Cr(CH3COO)3 drops in the rang of 0.75 % ~ 0. 87 % (Volume fraction), keeped 12hours at 65℃, the debydration ratio isn' t above 8 % (Volume fraction). As the concentration of the polymer PAM is above 1×10-3(mass fraction), the obtained gel has better characteristies. In addition, the thermal resistence agents,such as methanal, ethylenediamine and n-butylaclcohol take the important roles to the characteristics of the cbromium PAM gel.
