摘  要:自适应返气装置是为了满足井下气液分离及采出水回注技术配套的需要而提出的,其主要功能是使回注到注水层的富水流中的少量气体通过聚集,再经由返气装置回到开采层。采用Fluent软件对自适应返气装置进行数值模拟,深入分析了其速度场、压力场和浮子的受力情况,并与试验结果进行了比较。计算表明,采用阻尼孔直径为φ2.0 mm、球座为φ3.3 mm、球浮子直径为φ4.0 mm的结构可获得更佳的排气阻水效果。Auto-adaptive return gas device was to meet the down-hole gas-liquid separation and produced water re-injection technology, and its main function was to make re-injection into the water-rich layer of water where a small amount of gas through the gathering, and then through return gas device back to the exploitation of gas device layer. In this paper,applied Fluent software for auto-adaptive return gas device to numerical simulation, in-depth analysis of its velocity field, pressure field and the force situation of the float and were compared with experimental results, calculations showed that, the use of damping hole diameter of Ф2. 0 mm, ball seat diameter of Ф3.3 mm,the ball float diameter of Ф4.0 mm structure to provide better effect of the exhaust water-blocking.
