摘　　要：介绍了蜡式温控阀工作原理、异型钢丝弹簧特性以及对控温弹簧组的改进设计方案。通过详述矩形截面弹簧的设计公式推导及设计方法,验证了改进设计的可行性,对有关产品的设计开发提供了借鉴依据。The working principle of wax thermostatic valves,characteristics of the spring of special-shaped steel wire,and improved design plan for the spring sets of thermostatic valves were introduced.The feasibility of the improved design were verified by describing the design formula derivation and the design method of the rectangular-sectional spring in detail.Some theoretical bases were provided for the design and development of related products.
