摘 要:在连续搅拌和分水条件下,研究了复合硫酸盐(Fe2(SO4)3-K2SO4)催化乙酸与正丁醇的反应。通过正交实验考查了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,其最优条件是:固定乙酸用量0.10mol,催化剂用量1.50g,醇酸物质的量比1.8∶1,反应时间2h,乙酸正丁酯的酯化率可达98.4%;另外,该催化剂具有制备方便,催化活性好,环境污染小等优点。Under continuous stirring and water removal in a batch reactor,the esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol with composite sulfate (Fe2(SO4) 3-K2SO4) as catalyst was studied.The influences of catalyst dosage,reactant ratio and reaction time on reaction results were also investigated by the orthogonal test method.The results demonstrated that the optimized condition were as follows: the amount of acetic acid was fixed as 0.10mol,the catalyst dosage was 1.50g,the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid was 1.8∶1,the reaction time was 2h,and the esterfication ratio of n-butyl acetate achieved 98.4%.In addition,the composite inorganic salts catalyst had the advantages such as convenient preparation,excellent catalytic activity,less pollution,and so on.
