摘　　要：永坪炼油厂催化车间的热油泵在运行中,频繁发生泄漏,使维修费用上升,严重影响了装置的长期稳定和安全环保运行。通过对热油泵机械密封失效原因的分析,改进了密封冲洗冷却系统和操作安装维修,最终取得了良好的密封效果和经济效益。The heat oil pump in the Catalytic Plant of Yongping Refinery leaked frequently,which increased the maintenance costs,and had seriously affected the long-term stability,security and environmental protection of the device.Through analyzing the mechanical seal failure of the heat oil pump,improving the flush cooling system,operation,installation and maintenance,eventually a good effect and economic benefits was made.
