摘 要:借助船用柴油机燃用不同柴油时的排放试验,研究了柴油品质对颗粒与烟度排放的影响。研究表明:燃用普通柴油时的颗粒和烟度排放比欧-Ⅱ柴油分别增加了28.9%~41.5%和2.35%~9.32%;辅机燃用两种柴油时各工况烟度基本不变,主机在中高负荷时烟度变化比较明显;基于试验数据求得的船用柴油机颗粒排放关于燃油硫含量的修正系数为0.072。The experimental research was conducted in a marine diesel engine fueled with two different diesel oils to investigate the effect of diesel oil quality on particulate and smoke emissions of marine diesel engine. Results show that when using the ordinary diesel oil, particulate and smoke emissions increase by 28.9%-41.5% and 2.35%-9.32% respectively in comparison to the Euro II diesel oil. The smoke emissions with two diesel oils are almost the same in various operation conditions for auxiliary engine, but there are noticeable variations at medium and high loads for main engine. Based on the experimental datas, the sulfur content correction coefficient of 0. 072 for particulate emission from marine diesel engine is calculated.
