摘 要:分析了传统机械式注油器系统存在的缺陷,研究开发了一种新型电控气缸注油润滑系统,介绍了系统的组成、工作原理和特点,并在试验台架上对系统进行了性能试验。结果表明:系统的注油压力可达2 MPa,注油定时控制精度为0.1 ms,注油持续时间为20 ms,注油集中在活塞环带上,保证了缸套润滑效果;注油频率随负荷、燃油含硫量及缸套磨合状态等参数变化进行调节,使气缸润滑油消耗率比机械式注油器降低约40%。The defects of the conventional mechanical lubrication system were analyzed, and a new electro-controlled cylinder lubrication system was developed. Its constitution, working principle and features were described, and the performance experiments were conducted on the test bench. The main performance datas are as follows: oil injection pressure 2 MPa; injection timing precision 0. 1 ms; injection duration 20 ms. The oil injection concentrates onto the piston ring zone to ensure the cylinder liner lubrication, and the oil injection frequency is regulated according to engine load, sulphur content in fuel, cylinder liner run-in condition and so on, thus the cylinder oil consumption rate can be reduced approximately by 40 % compared to the conventional mechanical lubrication system.
