摘　　要：目的:为进一步提高基层卫生监督机构应对突发公共卫生事件能力。方法:在演练培训过程中,设计以演练人员所展示的业务技能和完成每项应急任务所消耗的时间为主要指标的综合评估方法。结果:能量化演练整体实施情况,反映参演单位实际应急中存在的不足,促进应急工作的不断改进。结论:项目设计全面,数据收集简单,评估结果直观,具有应用推广价值。Objective To further improve the ability against public health emergencies for grass-roots health inspection organizations.Methods The competences of the emergency staff and the time available for each task by the key indicators were designed for integrated assessment in the drilling training process.ResultsThe quantitative result for overall completion of the emergency drilling was achieved.Demonstration showed that this method could discover the deficiencies existing in emergency response and promote the continuous improvement of emergency management.Conclusion This method is a comprehensive design.Data collection is simple and results of assessment are intuitive.It is worthy of application and popularization.
